Westin Gift Cards are no longer available for purchase. Existing Gift Cards will continue to be honored. Please visit www.westin.com/giftcard for complete details.
How many gift cards can I use?
Customers can use up to two forms of payment to purchase Westin at Home™ products online (i.e. a traditional credit card and a Westin Gift Card). If more than two different cards need to be used to complete your order, please call our Concierge Service at this toll free number: 877-777-5418.
What is the largest amount of a Westin Gift Card?

Can I use Starwood Preferred Guest Points for purchase?
Yes, you may redeem your Starwood Points for Westin at Home™ Points Card.
What is the Westin at Home™ Points Card?
If you are a member of Starwood Hotels’ award winning Starwood Preferred Guest® program you can redeem your Starpoints® for an American Express branded Westin at Home™ Points Card which can be used to purchase Westin at Home™ products including the Heavenly Bed®. This card is pre-loaded with points and the point value is printed on the face of the card...one point equals one dollar in purchasing power.
What is the largest amount of a Westin at Home™ Points Card?
Westin at Home™ Points Cards are available in 50, 100 and 150 point denominations. 1 Westin at Home™ point = 1 dollar of purchasing power on the Westin at Home™ online store. Please note that 1 Starwood Preferred Guest® point is not equal to 1 Westin at Home™. Please visit the SPG.com site for details on redeeming your SPG points for a Westin at Home™ Points card.
Do I have to wait for the Westin at Home™ Points Cards to place the order?
Place your order now using a credit card. When you receive your Westin at Home™ Points Cards, call our Concierge Service Representatives at 877-777-5418 to move the transaction onto your Points Card, and we will refund your credit card for the full amount.
Can I use American Express Points for purchase?
American Express points are not eligible for redemption directly at Westin at Home™. If you are a Starwood Preferred Guest®, you may be able to redeem your American Express points for Starwood Points, which you may then use to purchase a Westin at Home™ Points Card.
